Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend six years away from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four more health titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place during the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more proud of her performance. Ariel was competing with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
