Angelica
Angelica Panganiban - a Filipino American model, TV host and actress - is an American comedian. Panganiban is often referred to as the "new queen of Drama" by numerous media publications. Her name is also acknowledged as an one of Philippines' most experienced and diverse actors. The term angelica roots means that only the roots of the plant are employed. Being the youngest contestant on the show's history, she came in second. Angelica Hale fell ill at age 4 with strep throat and pneumonia due to an infection caused by a bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston had to place Angelica Hale onto ECMO Life-Support when she urgently required life-saving medical interventions. It was not until her kidneys recovered that she could be saved when she contracted an infection with septicae and eventually suffered multiple organ malfunctions. It was then a regimen of hemodialysis, followed by peritoneal dilution. After spending 80 consecutive days in the hospital, from near-death to long road to recovery she finally made it home but her life was forever changed. After a year and a half of dialysis Angelica was able to undergo the most significant operation she had ever undergone- her kidney transplant. The donor kidney from her mom.
